Rear Seat Taped, Beaver-tail Taped, Rear Seat Top Epoxied

Tonight, I epoxied 4" fiberglass tape for the rear seat part to the transom and hull sides. I also put 3" tape on the beaver-tail edges, as well as put another layer of slow epoxy on the rear seat top to smooth it out a little more.

  1. Hey Todd,

Great job! It's coming along very well.

I have not started my build yet:( I found a great supplier in Buffalo for marine okoume plywood. I hope to have everything to get started in a couple weeks.

Thanks again for keeping this blog going.

  2. Well, I am happy you are following this blog. At least someone is. Haha.
I can't wait to see your project coming along.
I was going to use okoume, but the shipping to get it here was more than the wood, so I used what I did.
    Keep in touch!!
