Visor Drawn and Cut Out
Today, I finally got to draw out and then cut out the visor out of tempered masonite. It will now need to be smoothed out along the contour and then fiberglassed on the bottom side before installing.
Todd: This is a great blog. Thanks for sharing. Do you have any photos or can you describe how you installed the visor from this stage onto the final product? I noticed that most of your photos of the tug are sans visor... I'm looking to do something similar for my boat and trying to find advice on making and attaching a visor like this. Thanks! --Alex
