Front Seat Boxes Completed!!

Well, that took longer than expected, but the front seat boxes are now sanded down smooth and another layer of epoxy was applied last night. A lot of other sanding on the floor was completed as well to get ready for the hull sides.

  1. Looking good Todd.

I'm hoping to get started on my build in a couple weeks. I have 2 weeks holidays in March. I'll try to get my keel and bow stem assembled dry and maybe the hull bottom cut out and scarfed together. I think the weather needs to warm up before i start epoxy and glass. Whats the temp in your work space?

Did you get the fender pics and instructions?

  2. I have a garage that is heated and air conditioned, so I keep it at 70-75 depending on if I am curing epoxy or not.
I did get the fender instructions and pics, and I am going to order some manila rope or synthetic manila rope this week to try my hand at it.
