2nd Layer of Black on Rub Rails and Gunwhales

Today, I put the second layer of black on the rub rails and the gunwhales.
I also bought some cans of Rustoleum orange and blue paint to do the Coast Guard colors on the side of the hull. Hopefully they will be fine. I sprayed the colors on some paper and they look good so far.
